Do shadows on your golf ball distract you?

Well, a simple, easy solution is to divert your focus to watching the golf ball and not the shadow.  And the best way to do this is to find something interesting on the golf ball. Find something on the ball that takes your interest and then focus on that.

You’ve got to focus on the ball (a specific part) and NOT on your shadow that will move when you start swinging.  So remember, when you are faced with a golf shot that has a shadow over the golf ball focus on a specific part of the golf ball as you’re swinging and you’ll hit better golf shots.
