On Monday the 25th of February, 2008 I’m going to be doing my second golf swing speed test for the year. If you remember, in the last test I found I went from averaging 98 mph to averaging 115 mph.

That increase was from doing flexibility exercises.

Since that first golf swing speed test I have been continuing to do flexibility exercises along with lifting weights.

There is no doubt about it, I am much stronger than I was 4 weeks ago, as I hadn’t lifted weights in almost a year. But will that increased strength translate into a faster swing? The results are going to be very, very interesting.

So look out for my results on Monday.

  1. I think that flexibility is the biggest thing holding me back. I need to lose weight and this makes me less flexible.
